    The guys (Ed and Shaun) did a great job on Friday, thanks again.

    I've another job for you, in our admin kitchen there is a couple of 6mm hose that are aged and start cracking. (see photo of set up attached)

    Also our Osmosis system isn't working and I believe needs to be pressurized.

    Could you please provide us a quotation to replace all the hose with new one to prevent from further cracking/leakage & reset the osmosis system.

    She keeps going back into the bathroom to admire the fact that the taps aren't dripping. Trevor was a very nice chappie and so efficient and clean. And it was so good that she hadn't cancelled!

    And triple bonus brownie points to his boss for thinking to have Trevor check for any other problems - another good call (you should be in management). He found problems she hadn't realised she had let alone complained about them.

    Thanks again - I really appreciate it. BTW if you want more elderly clients, Mum will happily tell everybody how wonderful Trevor is.........with over 60 units there I reckon he'd probably be stopping in once a week!!!!

    Thanks mate for the wonderful service.
    Frank found the A/C drain off pipe wasn't glued and came apart. Will need to talk with Air Conditioning Company who installed the system when the get back off Christmas holidays. Its still not glued though. Frank couldnt reach the pipes adequately to fix it. Need a young fella back next week.

    I just wanted to say thank you very much for your help today.
    Basically we rang through desperately needing assistance as our newly adopted husky rescue dog had chewed through some crucial wiring and we were completely without power.
    Your receptionist was lovely and reassuring and ensured that we got assistance as quickly as possible and then your super-competent electrician fixed everything incredibly well. He was fantastic. He not only fixed the damage but dog proofed everything against future issues – all while we were out to lunch (it was our 20th wedding anniversary).

    Had a meeting with Kathleen today and she advises me that the new board have agreed to continue with using our services.
    The old board is out and the new board wanted all contractors reviewed with a tendering process.
    Kathleen advised that Ballantynes were not just a contractor for trade services but assisted in a number of ways with advise and assistance in unrelated matters and supported and serviced the school with a matter of urgency at all times.
    We also helped clean up mess left by others sometimes after construction issues etc.
    Therefore the board agreed that we should continue and they are happy to have us as their sole Plumbing, Gas & Electrical contractor for the next 3 years until a new review has been set again unless anything unforeseen happens otherwise.
    Well done to all in providing this service.

    Your Team member was Frank and he solved our problem very quickly, with excellent workmanship as well as being extremely polite and helpful.

    Thank you so much for a fast, excellent and affordable response to our call to your Rockingham branch at 9.30am today. Your receptionist took the details, rang us back shortly afterward and stated that Frank would be with us at lunch time, she quoted the hourly and quarter hour rates, discussed payments details and thanked us for the call.

    All great service which my husband and I felt needed to be fed back to your company.

  40. I want to express my thanks for a job well done by John the electrician in installing our new cookktop last Monday (Job No EK100390). This involved running a heavier cable, not a straightforward job in an old house but he steadily worked through the problems without fuss or drama. I was expecting to have to do some cosmetic repair to the building but he completed the job without even the slightest paint scratch.

    Brett Berkshire & Michael Thomas will not be available today, both have worked through the night to complete a critical project.

    A big thank you to Brett Berkshire & Michael Thomas for what they achieved under all the adversities thrown at them.

    For those of you who are unaware of what has transpired of the last couple of days we received a phone call from Allied Pumps on Tuesday afternoon (22nd) informing that Perth airport had low water pressure to a section of the airport that was affecting their ability to operate and urgently required our services to rectify. A plan was put into action in conjunction with Allied Pumps. Allied Pumps supplied a water tank and pressure skid, and we were then require to fit into the 100mm potable water main to boost the pressure until a permanent option could be undertaken. The next morning we sent up two of our top gun tradesmen and a box of Lego (materials we had in our store) to make it happen. After working all day and through the night the two guys had the airport back up to pressure and fully operational (not getting home until 6am the next morning on 24th). Amazing feat knowing all of the curve balls that were thrown at them by the airport.

    A BIG well done to all those involved.

    Hi team Paul's,

    Just wanting to give some credit to where credit is due. Today I have been extremely busy and with Mike G's help we have been able to get all tasks thrown our way done. I have not been on the same site but through regular phone correspondence and with little guidance Mike has shown to be very capable of working on his own.
    He has rung for advice when required and taken direction over the phone well. At the job he is at now he has on his own through process of elimination worked out that a new ribbon supplied was faulty, the existing ribbon is fine and the float is in the process of being changed.
    I wouldn't normally bother writing to tell you guys some one has done the job they are paid to do but I feel Mike's enthusiasm and ability deserves a pat on the back for a job well done.

    I was at Grill’d last night and hadn’t changed out of my uniform yet and the guy behind the counter seeing where I worked got all excited and wanted to tell me about their experiences with Mario... he made a point of saying how wonderful he thought Mario was. He said “the company” (Grill’d) has a company they are supposed to use for electrical stuff, but if he had his way they’d just use Mario all the time.

    He told me one story of how they had the other company out and their problem wasn’t fixed – whatever it was – and they couldn’t even find it to fix it!... and cutting a long story short, he ended up ringing us and we sent Mario... and he fixed it straight away. I gather Mario has been there a few times? Each time he has really impressed them.

    On Christmas Eve morning at 9 a.m. our electric storage hot water system decided that it was time to spring a leak and water the garden instead of its doing its usual functions and that according to Murphy’s Law this was the best time to do it as it would cause maximum discomfort to everyone at our house.

    Fortunately I remembered that we had used Ballantyne Plumbing on a previous occasion and that perhaps they might be able to help us out with this untimely and unwanted problem.

    We were doubly fortunate! When I rang your firm the lady advised me that we were lucky in that there were electricians in the area and she would send them around to make the situation safe.

    I then envisaged Christmas Day and the subsequent holidays without any hot water in the kitchen and asked her to do her best to get the HWS replaced as soon as possible.

    I have much pleasure in telling you that by 11.30 a.m. that morning your workmen were leaving our property having replaced the old HWS with a new one in two and a half hours from when the problem was first reported to you.

    If that is not a record then I don’t know what is !

  101. Hi Tanya,

    We have had an Aquarius waste system for over 5 years now and Paul is the service person that usually attends to carry out this work.
    It is not a glamorous job, dealing with waste products is by its nature dirty and smelly. Add to that the ants that seem determined to make their home in the controller cabinet, working in a location with no shade and a thousand other little (and not so little) annoyances can only make it harder.

    I have found Paul to be exceptional. He is cheerful and courteous, always leaves his work area clean and tidy (often it ends up tidier than when he arrived!) and does all this while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. I am certain he understands the system that has been installed on my property, as well as the subtleties that are unique to my particular installation. There is really nothing I could criticise in either him or his work and I find this very rare in my dealings with professional people at any level. He is an asset and long may you keep him!

    Dear Sir,
    I noticed your thank you advertisement in the local paper commemorating the 25 years of service Paul Williams has given you.
    Congratulations to you for being so thoughtful as i am sure he feels very special and values your appreciation. To you and your wife I wish you many more years of trading successfully, it does my heart good to see there are still people like yourselves around with a lot of class and dignity.

  103. Ballantynes went out of their way to help get a technician out to fix a tenants hot water system late one Friday afternoon - They were on their way almost before we got off the phone! The service was remarkable. We will definitely use their services again, and will recommend them to all our clients!
